Buyers often say the same thing after a first order: we hear back from you faster than from anyone else. That is not an accident — it is the reason we keep a dedicated export team rather than routing overseas enquiries through a general sales line.
Who does what
Your enquiry lands with an export salesperson who owns it from quotation to loading. Behind them sits the design team, who produce the CAD layouts and colour boards for project packages; the production planners, who confirm the schedule against our stock; and the QC team, who sign off each batch before packing.
The same faces, every order
When a client comes back for a second container, they deal with the same person who handled the first — someone who already knows their finishes, their packing preferences and their documentation requirements. It is a small thing that saves a great deal of time.
