Inside our 40,000㎡ production base in Xiqiao, Foshan
Design, panel processing, lacquer, upholstery, metalwork and assembly — all under one roof. A short walk through the factory that makes every MEIGE order.
Our factory sits in the Baishagang Industrial Zone in Xiqiao Town, Nanhai District — about an hour from Guangzhou. It covers 40,000 square metres and runs five production lines: panel, paint, combined construction, seating and metal.
What vertical integration actually means
A trader places your order at a factory and hopes. A manufacturer controls the sequence. Because design, engineering, mould making and tooling are all in-house, we can iterate on a design in days rather than waiting for a third party — and because we hold 130+ design patents, we can adapt a collection to your market without copying someone else’s product.
Quality control and materials
Materials are E0 particle board and E1-grade MDF with melamine-faced or MFC surfaces. Our tested formaldehyde emission is 0.071 mg/m³, well below the national standard of ≤ 0.124 mg/m³. We use eco-friendly odourless paint, medical-grade alcohol for staining and natural resin adhesives — choices that matter in enclosed offices and in hot, humid climates.
Every order ends the same way: inspection, seaworthy packing, supervised container loading and a set of loading photos sent to the buyer before the container leaves. It is a simple discipline, and it is why our clients reorder.
