MEIGE at CIFF Guangzhou 2026: the collections buyers asked for most

CIFF Guangzhou is the largest office furniture fair in Asia, and for a factory like ours it is the single most useful week of the year. This year our stand welcomed visitors from more than twenty countries, with the strongest interest coming from the Middle East and India — the same markets we ship to every week.

What buyers wanted to see

Three things dominated the conversations. First, executive desks with integrated storage and backwall systems — buyers want the full manager room, not a single desk. Second, height-adjustable working positions, which are no longer a niche request but a standard line item in tender documents. Third, matching finishes across a whole floor: the same wood grain, the same edge banding, the same paint tone from the reception desk to the tea room cabinets.

That last point is exactly where a manufacturer beats a trader. Because our panel line, paint line and assembly line sit in one factory, a 200-person office floor can be produced as one coherent set — and shipped as one container plan.

Samples and follow-up

Every serious conversation at the fair ends the same way: samples and a quotation. Buyers who left us their card received colour boards, a catalogue file and a price list within two working days.
